I love people's stories.  

I’m passionate about mindset and the power of our thoughts, with a lot of my work based on positive psychology.

Before launching my coaching business, I spent 20 years as an entrepreneur helping other businesses and people in the sales, marketing, and real estate sectors.

​

My favorite part of my job was managing communication and building seamless cooperation as a leader and I learned during this time, what truly makes people feel special, and what really inspires them to love and engage with their work. 

​

I was a strategic thinker, who loved to build frameworks and action plans in my business but at the same time, I developed a compassionate and emphatic attitude towards individuals to nurture them.

​

But not only did business and leadership roles develop me to guide people.

I have had my own personal journey which has developed me as a person and strengthened my wish to serve people and to become a coach.

Eternally grateful for the lessons that led to a path of guiding women and men the same way I guided myself.

Why I coach men?

​

Men have been taught to be successful in careers, and responsible for their families, but often forgotten that they need support, understanding, and approval to become a Real Man.

Besides him, there is the Inner Man, who is not talked about and whose existence men themselves have forgotten.

Even if his life seems to be perfect for the bystanders, he is still burdened by an unexplained pain and a voice inside him pleading for something to change.

Some things are changing; men are beginning to talk about their emotions, hidden stress, and burning out.

My goal is to help men find their missing spark  - a new way to breathe clarity into their lives to understand where they want to turn.
 
I can’t change men’s lives, men can do it themselves but they need to communicate even when it is uncomfortable and uneasy.
 
I can bring men closer to an understanding, of what is important for them, and how important they really are.
